Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping! Your art will be lovingly packaged; prints will be shipped first class and originals priority. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please see below about international taxes.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process and package your order. During the holiday season, we try our best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible: most are shipped within 3 business days. If you need it by a certain date, please select an expedited shipping option.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your wine painting!

All sales of original artwork are final. If you wish to return a print, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If you’d like to exchange the print, we’re happy to do that. The restocking fee, in addition to the replacement shipping cost and return label will be applied to your new order.

We will accept returns or exchanges in the event of damage to the artwork. If you receive your art and find that it has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS, domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. Each order is packaged with care to ensure as much as possible that damage doesn’t occur in transit. You may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. However, if your print is damaged in transit we’re happy to handle this on a case by case basis. Photos of the transit damage will be asked of the collector. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.

Please note that all screens and monitors vary slightly, so color may appear different.
