The first time I ate bucatini was in an adorable town called Monticchiello in Italy. It is a must order if you have yet to be delighted by this pasta shape. Today's painting is a snapshot of street life in this charming Tuscan town, painted with Montepulciano, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Primitivo, rosé and Sangiovese.
